This class is designed for babies and caregivers 6 weeks of age/postpartum and up. Pregnant people are welcome to join too! We do recommend a two shoulder strap carrier with baby facing in to caregiver. A buckle soft structure carrier, wrap, or meh dai carrier are recommended. A ring sling or pouch carrier is not recommended.
